I'm an art lover, a technology addict and great fan of all things that augment human experience.
My conceptual work deals with an array of different topics such as the dissemination of private data; the use of our senses in the public sphere, the construction of our urban environements and the collapse of physical space; our depencence on technology and its effects; I also enjoy building different data visualization tools and usually experiment, experiement and experiment more to keep my brain active. Most of these projects include either some form of computation, tangible objects or both. I specialize in Web-based scripting languages (I made this and this recently) but I can also do the compiled thingy if I need to. Believe it or not, I do leave the computer once in a while to work on my silkscreen, lithography, intaglio and digital printing skills.
I love collaborating with other artists and technologists alike, and have many projects floating around cyberspace. One of them which feeds into this website is doubting.us, and you should also check out some artists I have made websites for, including my sister Simone Rochon, Ali El-Darsa, Amélie Proulx and Daniela Roessler.
I am also a member & Vice-President of an awesome multimedia firm called 1-20MÉDIA dishing out cool graphic and interactive communication tools for clients.
